Although a poor man’s wisdom is as useless as a place in a wilderness, I need to remind my fellow Kenyans that, as we are approaching the General Election, it is likely that, the people in the Government especially those in the kitchen cabinet, would form a euphoria castigating their opponents, assassinating their (opp) characters for which the cabinet is to blame for their failure during their time in office.
The Government should not wait only to harass the political leaders and especially opposition in the name of fighting corruption at election campaign. It is high time the Anticorruption commission is dismissed and the police force be put in place with an order that corrupt persons should be arrested in action as well as any other criminals. Innocent people have long suffered tremendously without remedies for wrong arrests and detentions. They (Innocents) are even sentenced to imprisonment for technical defence failure. It is technically and professionally believed (Known) that corruption could be found in or from Government offices and therefore, should be fought and eradicated from these offices. Because if the responsible officers do not demand bribe, who could give it out and to whom?
Again, Kenyans elect politicians to fight against the corrupt civil servants. Contrary, that tradition has failed completely because Kenyans choose to elect candidates friendly to the Government, thus enhancing corruption. Let us (Kenyans) change that altitude and elect a politician among the villagers to encounter our specific problems for our better future.
The Government is always to blame for economic failure while a politician is to micromanage the Government and inform his people for progress or failure.
Repeatedly let us study a candidate before we make our choice. Political parties like religion, are formed to confuse Kenyans for which way to follow. Let us despise them for our own decision and God shall give us a good democratic leader.
PS: be careful that youths are waged by demagogue or inexperienced leaders (Candidates) only to be left for dead poverty after elections.
